Other International Destinations

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless the order is confirmed as DDP or the applicable charges are stated to be included at checkout, these additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping policy

Return conditions

Return shipping

First order: Return shipping is complimentary.

Subsequent orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind, where permitted by applicable law. If you request a prepaid return label, the applicable cost will be communicated before the label is issued and may be deducted from your refund or charged separately, as agreed.
