RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At XT & Co, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the return request must be submitted within this 14-day period and the item must be shipped back according to the instructions provided after authorization.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have all original brand tags attached

  • Be returned with the original packaging provided

  • Include proof of purchase

To maintain the quality and integrity of our designer items, products must be returned in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before placing an order. Our team is also available to assist with product questions prior to purchase.

3. Complimentary Return Shipping – First Order Only

Return shipping is complimentary only for the customer’s first order.

If a customer returns their first purchase within the 14-day return period and the return meets the eligibility conditions stated in this policy, XT & Co will cover the return shipping cost.

For all subsequent orders or returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

4. Return Shipping Options

For returns where the customer is responsible for shipping, you may:

  • Ship the return using DHL, UPS, or FedEx with tracking, or

  • Request a prepaid return label from XT & Co.

If a prepaid return label is requested, the following flat fees apply:

  • €35 for EU returns

  • €65 for non-EU returns

The label cost will be deducted from the refund or charged separately.

Returns sent via standard postal mail without tracking cannot be accepted.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, XT & Co will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

The return address will be provided after approval.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned used, damaged, or without tags

9. Returns Processing Location

Returns are processed at our partner facility in Italy. The return address will be provided after authorization.
