RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. This means you must request a return authorization within 14 days of delivery and ship your return within that period once authorized.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)

To initiate a return, contact us at info@xtandco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Complimentary Returns on Your First Order

As part of our commitment to your first experience with XT & Co, return shipping is complimentary on your first order.

For subsequent returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (see below).

Return Shipping (After First Order)

For standard returns (change of mind), you may:

  • Ship the item using UPS, FedEx, or DHL with active tracking, or

  • Request a prepaid return label from us.

If you request a prepaid label, a flat fee applies:
€35 (EU) / $65 (non-EU).
The fee will be deducted from your refund or charged separately upon request.

Returns sent via regular postal services (standard mail) cannot be accepted.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@xtandco.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, XT & Co will cover return shipping costs.

Where Returns Are Processed

Returns are processed in Italy.
The return address will be provided after authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items returned without tags or original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (once authorized) and place a new order.

European Union Consumer Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, EU consumer law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal. This operates alongside our standard 14-day return policy. Return conditions and shipping requirements still apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@xtandco.com.
