This Shipping Policy outlines fulfillment locations, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, and customs information for orders placed at https://www.xtandco.com.
1) Fulfillment Locations
Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouses in Italy and Sweden, and in some cases from the United States, depending on product availability.
2) Shipping Destinations
We ship to destinations available at checkout.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@xtandco.com.
We do not ship to countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.
3) Shipping Costs
Complimentary worldwide delivery is included on all orders to destinations available at checkout.
4) Delivery Estimates (Standard Shipping)
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Estimates include processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

5) Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States (DDP)
Orders delivered to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All import duties and taxes are included in your purchase price. You should not incur additional import fees upon delivery. If charged in error, please contact info@xtandco.com.
European Union
Orders delivered within the EU are fulfilled from EU warehouses when available. Customs duties do not apply to intra-EU deliveries. Any applicable taxes are reflected at checkout.
Other International Destinations
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7) Incorrect Addresses & Returns to Sender
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.
