XT & Co is an independent reseller and is not an authorized distributor, licensee, or official partner of the brands referenced or depicted on the Site, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product. Brand names and trademarks are used solely to describe and identify the products offered.

Product images and descriptions aim to accurately represent the items offered. Slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, or device screen settings.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in EUR (€) or USD ($) depending on the user's location or selected currency.

For customers located in the European Union, displayed prices include applicable VAT.

For orders shipped to the United States, the displayed price already includes any applicable import duties and taxes, if any apply; customers are not required to make any additional payment upon delivery.

For orders shipped to other international destinations outside the European Union and the United States, displayed prices do not include destination-country taxes, customs duties, or import fees; these are determined by the importing country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
