European Union

Orders may be fulfilled from EU warehouses, depending on product availability. Customs duties generally do not apply to goods shipped between EU member states when those goods are already in free circulation within the EU. Applicable taxes are handled in accordance with the relevant tax rules.

Other International Destinations

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless the order is confirmed as DDP or the applicable charges are stated to be included at checkout, these additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exercise your right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return conditions

• Original brand tags, accessories, and packaging should be included where applicable.

Return shipping

First order: Return shipping is complimentary.

Subsequent orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind, where permitted by applicable law. If you request a prepaid return label, the applicable cost will be communicated before the label is issued and may be deducted from your refund or charged separately, as agreed.
